1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by Armstrong Creative Collective LLC (doing business as Legacy Revived). By purchasing a restoration package, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided We provide digital photo restoration and media enhancement services. All work is performed by digital artists using a combination of manual editing tools and advanced software. We do not sell physical prints or frames; all deliverables are digital files sent via email.

3. Turnaround Time & Delivery Restoration projects are typically completed within 3–5 business days, though complex images may require additional time. All completed images are delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

4. User Content & Privacy You retain full ownership of any photos you upload. By submitting an image, you grant us a temporary license to edit and restore the file for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your images for marketing or public examples unless you explicitly check the "consent" box on our intake form.

5. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for the intrinsic value of original digital files submitted. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the service.
